Through the ILLiad main menu, you can find a great deal of information about the history of your Interlibrary Loan requests, including:
Notification history is an important tool for additional information about your ILLiad requests. By clicking on the subject line, you are able to determine when an article was delivered to your account, if a book is available for pick-up at the library, or if additional information is needed for a particular request.
Renewals and Clone Requests
An additional benefit that is available from the history of requests is the ability to renew and "clone requests". If there is a book or article that shows up under your history of ALL requests, you can clone a specific request (as shown below) or place a renewal request on a physical item. Unfortunately, items are not available for renewal if they are overdue.
