After logging in to your ILLiad account, you can request a variety of materials. Please see the FAQ section for materials that might not be available through Interlibrary Loan.
After deciding what material you need to request, fill out the appropriate request form with as much information as possible. If there is some information you do not have, simply enter NA in that request field. Please avoid making multiple requests in one request form, for example, 2 or more chapters/articles from the same or various titles. Libraries are less likely to fulfill such requests.
The following is an example of a book request form
The only required fields are the Book Title and Author but if the ISBN is available, that is very helpful for locating the book. If a certain edition is required, that is also helpful to include in the request form and any other pertinent information can be added in the Notes box.
The article request form is very similar to the book request form but please note, if requesting a chapter from a book, please enter the book title in the journal title box and enter the chapter title in the box for article title.
