You will receive an email when an article is accessible on your ILLiad account.
After logging on to your ILLiad account, the first menu item that will appear is Electronically Received Articles.
Click on view to open a browser window that will display your article request. From the browser window, you will have the option to save the document to your personal device.
Articles are available on your ILLiad account for 30 days, so it is advisable to download any article and save it to your device.
You will receive an email when a loan (book, DVD, etc.) is available for pickup at the circulation desk at the Kraemer Family Library.
ILLiad loans are checked out to your ILLiad account when they are delivered to the Kraemer Family Library.
Your ILLiad account will indicate that the ILLiad loan is "Checked out to Customer," even if you have yet to pick it up at the Kraemer Family Library Circulation Desk. ILLiad loans will ONLY be checked out to your account when they are received by the ILL Department. The lending library establishes the due date on ILLiad loans, and the due date does not change regardless of when the loan is checked out to your account.
You will need your student/staff ID or an official form of identification for library circulation staff to give you your loans.
ILLiad loans can be returned at the circulation desk during normal business hours or at the book drop outside the library located in front of the University Center. Items can also be returned at other libraries, but it is advisable to return them directly to the Family Kraemer Library.
Any ILLiad loans not picked up will be returned to the lending library the business day after the due date as it appears on your ILLiad account. You will NOT be charged any overdue fines if the ILLiad loan is not picked up by the due date established by the lending library.
