How Do I use ILL?
The Library uses ILLiad, an automated interlibrary loan software, to manage ILL services.
You must create an ILLiad account before you can begin submitting requests.
After you have created an account, you will have the option to immediately place an ILLiad request.

What is ILL?
ILL stands for Interlibrary Loan. ILL service at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) provides students, faculty, and staff with access to research and instruction materials that are not available in the Kraemer Family Library, Prospector, or Mobius catalogs.

How long does it take to get my article requests?
Average delivery times for articles is 1-2 business days but delivery time can take longer based on the date and availability of the source in which the article is published.How long does it take to receive my loan requests?
Average delivery time for loans is 7 to 10 business days but may take longer based on the availability and publication date of the item.
