"Relay Colorado is a statewide service that connects standard (voice) telephone users with Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, Speech-Disabled, or Late-Deafened people who use Teletypewriter (TTYs) or Voice Carry-Over (VCO) phones."
The Marrakesh Treaty was adopted in June 2013. It allows for copyright exceptions to facilitate the creation of accessible versions books and other copyrighted works to print disabled persons.
