The purpose of the UCCS University Archives is to function as the custodian of an authentic record of the Colorado Springs campus of the University of Colorado. It preserves and protects the original materials and records which document the activities, social traditions and administrative functions of the campus in a secure environment. It serves as a primary source of information on UCCS history and development.

Archives exhibits document specific topics in UCCS history and are located in the east display cases on the upper floor of the Kraemer Family Library.
Beth-El Historical Collection exhibits document the history of the Beth-El School of Nursing, later the Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Exhibits are mounted within the Gallery (UH 108) and display cases in the Conference Room (UH 115) in University Hall, first floor.
Theatreworks displays are mounted in the display cabinets in the Ent Center for the Performing Arts. Displays feature the costume designs and work of Betty Ross.
